Allergies 3 Months, 3 Weeks ago Karma: 35  
I have heard that the air in your home can be worse then the air out side and that poor air quality can lead to allergies and sinus congestion. I have began changing my furnace filter every four months and hope this is enough. Is there anything else I can do to improve the air quality in my home?
